TweetFeed - Custom Twitter Search Pages

Design & Development Activities:

• Custom PHP/MySQL development allowing users to create an account, create customizable pages that display live results of Twitter activity (based on keyword searches).
• Made creative use of the Twitter Search API to avoid having to make direct calls to the “standard” Twitter API and took advantage of higher rate-limits.
• Developed a feature that monitors Twitter for new trending topics and automatically creates new feed pages based on these trends (helping to keep site content fresh).
• Developed profile page manager that allows users to drag & drop certain areas of their profile based on their preference (JQuery).
