  • TweetALink.com – A link tweeting tool that includes the user’s important social info along with each link.
  • TweetBrite.com – Create a mashup between your event registration form and your Twitter account to automate Twitter marketing around your event.
  • FollowFridayLive.com – A live compilation of “Follow Friday” suggestions from across Twitter. Find out who are the hottest people to follow each week.

Conseco Sales Celebration – National Sales Convention Website

Design & Development Activities:

• Custom website design for the 2010 Conseco Sales Convention.
• Worked closely with copywriters, graphic designer, and other stakeholders to ensure a highly visual and information-rich website to both educate and motivate sales people in the field.
• Design & manage ongoing email marketing campaign.

TweetFeed – Custom Twitter Search Pages

Design & Development Activities:

• Custom PHP/MySQL development allowing users to create an account, create customizable pages that display live results of Twitter activity (based on keyword searches).
• Made creative use of the Twitter Search API to avoid having to make direct calls to the “standard” Twitter API and took advantage of higher rate-limits.
• Developed a feature that monitors Twitter for new trending topics and automatically creates new feed pages based on these trends (helping to keep site content fresh).
• Developed profile page manager that allows users to drag & drop certain areas of their profile based on their preference (JQuery).

Blog Indiana 2008 – Blogging & Social Media Conference

• Custom countdown widget development for display on local blogger’s websites
• “Link Love” page that dynamically displayed links back to websites using the countdown widget
• Design and management of associated email campaign promoting the conference

Homeward Bound – Statewide Charity Walk Website

Design and development of a state-wide fundraising website for the Homeward Bound homelessness awareness walk taking place at several cities across Indiana. The website features the ability for walkers to register for their local walk, create walk teams, recruit other members, receive donations directly on their own donation page and online tools to recruit walkers and monitor their team’s progress.

IndyDads – Local Community of Indiana Fathers

• Complete redesign of a local community of Indiana fathers.
• Migration of original content management system to the Ning platform.
• Design & management of ongoing email marketing campaigns.

wpZipper.com is a free service for web designers that lets you pick & choose the WordPress themes & plugins you want and get a WordPress install file with everything already installed.

Design & development of a new web application aimed at helping non-profit groups keep better track of their volunteer’s service hours. Through an automated system, non-profits can invite their volunteers via email to create an account with their organization on LogDog.org and start submitting hours. Both the non-profit and individual volunteers can export their logged time in various formats and view them in different ways.
